Welcome to my blog.It is May 5,2008 (cinco de mayo ) this is my first blog post. May 6 is my last day of school. I am very excited! I will miss a lot of people. I never thought that this day would come. Every day I am going to write in this blog.Maybe sometimes I will put pictures of how it is like in Costa Rica. I have had a wonderful year in fourth grade with Mrs. Brennan. I hope that I will see all of you again. You are all in my prayers. I pray that my whole family will learn Spanish.

In August of 2008 my family moved to Mexico to serve in an orphanage. This blog chronicles our lives as seen through my eyes, those of a 17- year-old "blond girl" living in Tijuana.

I miss you alot and can't belive that you are going to Costa Rica! We finaly finished Star Testing at school! Michal has not stoped singig " Hello! I've got someting to tell you." It is getting on my nerves!

Okay, I am now signed up to receive your blogs! I am so excited to be able to keep up with you. It has only been a few days since you guys left and I can't tell you how much I miss you, Sam, Joe, Lily, and your parents! I know that you are going to have no problem making new friends; you are a beautiful, amazing, and fun girl! My day brightens when you are around and I know it's the same for everyone who meets you.
Really take interest in learning spanish. This will help you when you move to Tijuana to communicate with the new friends you are going to meet at school.
I can't wait to read your blogs and I know that you will have some really good stories to tell me when we come to visit you guys in Costa Rica in July!

I miss you, Sam, Joe, and Lily! That volcano trip sounds like too much fun and your pictures were beautiful! I'm so proud of you for being adventurous!!! I have to admit, I'm a little nervous to come visit you guys with all of the bugs and spiders your mom described. You know how I love all Gods creatures, just some I like better smashed under a book! =)
